About The Course
Following the guidance provided by the Health and Safety Executive, this course will provide a basic understanding of the do’s and don’ts of manual handling, helping to minimise bad practice and reduce the risk of injury.
Aims of the course
The course aims to make employees aware of the risks associated with manual handling and ensure that they are able to recognise common hazards. Through interactive examples, learners will be provided with information about the components of a suitable assessment and how to take positive preventative actions as well as discussing workplace precautions
