About The Course
The 'Stress Awareness for Employees' course has been developed using the latest HSE and CIPD guidance relating to the topic of stress.
Aims of the course
The aim of the course is to make employees more aware of the causes of stress and the positive actions that they can take to manage stress, and to provide advice on how to improve and maintain employee health and well-being.
Who is it for?
This course is designed for any employee in an organisation who can identify the potential negative impact stress may have on their workforce and who recognizes the value of good mental health and well-being amongst their staff.
